1. Your files never leave your Mac

Every conversion, edit and AI feature in Offline Converter for Mac runs entirely on your own device. Your photos, videos, documents and audio are processed locally by software bundled inside the app.

We do not upload, transmit, store, see, or have any access to the files you convert. There is no cloud processing. The app works fully offline — you can disconnect from the internet and everything still functions.

2. No telemetry, no tracking inside the app

The app does not include analytics, usage tracking, advertising SDKs, or behavioral telemetry. We do not build a profile of you or your activity.

3. Information we do collect (and why)

Waitlist email: if you choose to join the launch waitlist on this website, we store the email address you provide for the single purpose of notifying you when the app is available. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Purchase & license: if you buy a license, payment is handled by our payment provider, who processes your payment details — we never see or store your card information. To validate your license, the app may send your license key and a non-identifying machine identifier to our licensing service. This is used only to confirm your purchase and activation count.

4. This website

offlineconvertermac.app is a static marketing site. We aim to keep it tracker-light. If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free solution and update this policy.

5. Data we never sell

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information to third parties. Ever.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (such as a waitlist email or license record). Contact us and we will help.
