1. License to use the app

When you obtain Offline Converter for Mac, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control, for personal or commercial work, subject to your purchased plan.

You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the licensing of the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

2. Your files and your responsibility

The app processes files locally on your device. You are responsible for the files you convert and for keeping your own backups. You confirm you have the rights to convert and use the content you process with the app.

3. Free trial and purchases

The app may be offered with a free trial. Paid licenses are sold through our payment provider. Pricing and trial terms are shown at the point of purchase.

4. No warranty

The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that every conversion will meet your expectations.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app or website. Always keep backups of important files.

6. Trademarks

Apple, Mac, macOS and Apple Silicon are trademarks of Apple Inc. Offline Converter for Mac is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app or website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
